Terms of sale
Plain terms for ordering personalised, handmade boxes.
Ordering
- Listed boxes start at a minimum of 30. For a single keepsake box, message us.
- Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include name printing.
- An order is confirmed once you have approved the proof and payment is arranged.
Proofs
We send a digital proof on WhatsApp before anything is printed. Nothing goes to press until you reply and approve it.
- Check the spelling, the date and the message carefully — what you approve is what we print.
- Changes before approval are free and unlimited.
- If we print something different to the approved proof, we remake it at our cost.
Payment
Cash on delivery, bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash or a card payment link. For larger bulk orders we may ask for a part payment before we start printing; we will say so up front.
Cancelling
- Before the proof is approved — cancel at no charge.
- After approval — printing has started and the boxes carry a name, so they cannot be resold. Cancellation at this point is not possible.
Timings
Our normal build time is 7–10 days from proof approval. We plan backwards from the date you give us. Courier delays are outside our control, which is why we ask for your date at the start rather than the end.
Photographs and your name
We sometimes photograph finished orders. We will ask you first before putting a photo showing your family’s name on Instagram or on this website. Say no and that is the end of it.
Our designs
The box designs, illustrations and the Bliss Boxes construction are ours. Buying boxes does not transfer the right to reproduce the design.
