What we collect, why we need it, and what we never do with it.
The short version
We collect what we need to make your boxes and get them to you. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone who is not delivering your order, and we do not put a customer’s name on the website without asking them first.
What we collect
- Your contact details — name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, so we can send the proof and arrange delivery.
- Your delivery address — used for that delivery, and saved only if you asked us to keep it.
- What goes on the box — the name, date and message you send us.
- Your order history — so we can reprint or reorder without asking you to re-type everything.
What we do with it
- Make your order and send you the proof.
- Give the courier the address and phone number they need to deliver.
- Answer you when you message us about an order.
What we never do
- Sell your details, or pass them to anyone marketing to you.
- Post a photo of your box with the name visible on Instagram or on this site without asking you first.
- Send you marketing messages you did not ask for.
Payments
We do not store card numbers. Card payments go through a payment link handled by the provider; bank transfers, EasyPaisa and JazzCash happen in your own app.
Keeping it
We keep order records so we can reprint or reorder for you later. Ask us to delete yours and we will, except where we are required to keep a record of the sale.
Your choices
Message us at hello@littlesurprisesbybog.com to see what we hold, correct it, delete it, or tell us not to use a photo of your order.
