How ordering works

Every box is printed with a name, so nothing is made until you have seen it and said the spelling is right. Here is the whole process, start to finish.

Pick the box and the theme

Browse by occasion or by who it is for. Every box can be printed with a name, and most come in five colourways — powder blue, mint, blush, lilac and cream. If you want a theme we do not list, ask; we cut most of our shapes by hand anyway.

Send us the spelling

Type the name exactly as you want it to appear, along with the date and any short message. Copy and paste it if you can — that is the safest way to get an unusual spelling right the first time.

We send a digital proof

Before anything goes to print you get a proof on WhatsApp showing the name, the date and the layout on the actual box. Nothing is printed until you reply and approve it. If a letter is wrong, we redo the proof — as many times as it takes.

Hand-assembled in Lahore

The twine is cut to length, the shapes are punched and sorted, and the pegs go on one at a time. Forty boxes take a morning. This is the part that cannot be hurried, and it is why the boxes get kept.

Delivered to your door

We deliver across Pakistan. Lahore orders can also be collected from the studio. Tell us the date you need them by when you order — for an aqeeqah or a birthday we plan backwards from that morning.

Questions we get asked

Can I change the name after I have ordered?
Yes, as long as we have not printed. That is the whole point of the proof — tell us before you approve it and there is no charge. Once a box is printed with a name it cannot be reused, so after approval a change means a reprint.
What if the spelling is unusual?
Send it exactly as you want it written and we will set it that way. We never “correct” a spelling. If the name is in Urdu script, send it as text rather than a screenshot so we can set it cleanly.
Do you deliver outside Lahore?
Yes, all over Pakistan. Karachi and Islamabad are routine. For anywhere remote, add a day or two and tell us the date you need them by.
I need them sooner than [turnaround] days.
Message us before you order. Depending on the theme and the quantity we can sometimes move faster, but we will tell you honestly rather than promise a date we cannot hold.
Can I order just one box?
The listed boxes start at 30 because that is how the printing works out. For a single keepsake box, message us on WhatsApp and we will sort something out.
What if a box arrives damaged?
Send us a photo the day it arrives and we will replace it. These are handmade and posted, and occasionally one does not survive the journey.
